Emergency Cases
An Emergency Case is anytime the client is in an emergency situtation. Primaraly an emergency room visit. But includes hurricane preperation & evacuation, fire, floods and death.
Cases
A case is when our care manager must open a case to handle a request of the family or client. Such as helping a client get the benefits they deserve or selecting an alternitive living arrangements. A case can just about be anything. We are here for you and your loved one. All you have to do is ask and we will do our best to help you.
Doctors Visits
At anytime a client has a scheduled doctor appointment, we will be there with them. To help them and their loved ones understand what the doctor has said and to help fill out any paper work the doctor office may have.
Bill Pay
We will set up and help the client pay thier bills and make sure they are not being taken advantage of.

Social Visits
We understand that the clients family has a busy schedule or is to far away to provide the social support we as humans need to be healthy. We are there when you can't be. We will take the time out to listen to them and be their friend.
